On 9-10 May 2011 Department of Education, State Higher Vocational School in Chelm Chelm, in collaboration with the Scientific Society and the City of Chelm, organized the second scientific conference devoted to contemporary educational strategies and challenges. The aim of the conference was to exchange experience through the scientific meeting of representatives of Belarus, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine and Polish.
